IT, PR, HR, ISO project manager, auditor, coach, business consultant. She gained professional experience by implementing and supervising projects in both the public and private sectors in the field of IT: implementation of the ITIL library, corporate architecture, PR: changing a company’s image, introducing a brand image, creating an employer’s image, HR: managing employee competencies, employee evaluation, audits: in terms of ISO and competence standards. She has more than ten years of coaching and auditing experience in the area of requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO 27001:2014 and ISO 20000-1:2014 standards. In addition, training in creating a company’s image and soft aspects of Human Resources.

She is also interested in IT issues such as IT systems supporting the creativity and innovation of organization, IT Governance, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT.

Fields of specialisation

She implements social activities through expert support for the activities of the TEANO Foundation for Science and Art from Żory (since 2016). In the years 2016-2017, she cooperated with the Foundation for Promotion and Accreditation of Economic Directions from Warsaw in the field of classes with high school students as part of the Innovatorium Project and the Entrepreneurship Week. Since 2017, she has also been active in the Katowice Startup Mentors Network through expert support in the field of management systems in companies, in particular how they operate in the areas of: IT, PR, HR and audits, since 2019 she has also been a mentor at the Business Leaders Foundation and given her expert support as a mentor at Rawa.ink Municipal Business Incubator in Katowice. She is the initiator and speaker and co-organizer of a social initiative in the formula of a Conference, combining the world of science, business and self-government entitled DAXON IT NEWS together with the Department of Economic Informatics of the University of Economics in Katowice. ITILove. The purpose of the conference is to establish dialogue and project cooperation, share knowledge, discuss development trends in the field of industry 4.0, in particular in IT and ICT and management, as well as to exchange experiences of women working in modern technologies, inspire, motivate and activate the community of the Silesian Metropolis from the scientific, business and local government environments.

Educational background

Training and workshops from the ITIL®, TOGAF, COBIT libraries, as well as PRINCE2®, AgilePM® and M_o_R® methodologies.

He is a Ph.D. student and assistant at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Economics in Katowice, where he also conducts exercises with students from Computer Science and Information Technology.
