He defined the requirements and implemented projects of new tools for managing the activities of technical and pre-sales support teams (including the development of procedures and instructions for a new chat communication channel). He has several years of experience in managerial positions related to team management and project management, service department and training. His professional experience includes over fifteen years of practice in service and technical support departments of Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft. He participated in projects introducing new products to the Polish market (Windows Vista, Windows 7, MS Office 2007, MS Office 2010 and many others). He led implementation and recruitment projects related to extending the scope of support from the 8/5 model. He managed projects related to the analysis of the support team’s state of knowledge and the implementation of tasks related to its continuous improvement.

Experience and knowledge in the field of ITIL® library supported by ITIL® Expert certificate. He successfully combines knowledge and experience in the field of IT service management (ITIL) with knowledge in the field of project management (PRINCE2). The most important areas of interest and specialization are service, project management and information security management in the implementation of services and projects.
