Romuald Krysiak


Many years ago, he started his professional career as a programmer, and then, in 2005, he started to carry out projects in the IT industry, working with companies such as Samsung, Grundig, Vectra and Orange. He specializes in areas related to the production of software for electronic devices and the production of these devices. He has extensive experience in project organization, both in the classic and agile approach. He managed project teams of several dozen people, mainly composed of programmers from around the world, from Indonesia to teams from the USA. For several years, he implemented agile projects related to content management systems, dedicated to clients such as Ford or Colgate-Palmolive. Going beyond the scope of IT projects, he also deals with management consulting and restructuring of enterprises.

Fields of specialisation

He specializes in issues related to agile management methods. Additionally, he develops his skills by participating in training on creative methods of approaching problems, such as Design Thinking, Visual Thinking and many other practices related to self-development, for example, assertiveness or stress reduction.

Educational background

He graduated with a Master’s Degree from the Nicolaus Copernicus University at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science (1998), Postgraduate Project Management Studies and Postgraduate Managerial Studies. He is a certified business analyst in AgileBA® APMG International and Professional Scrum Master I certified by
