Changes in an organization are unavoidable. They result from the influence of both external (including changes in legislation, new innovations, market events) and internal (strategic changes, business development or extension) factors.
Change Management is a training that enhances the ability of trainees to effectively manage changes in an organization. Concepts and tools presented to the participants help them control and manage already happening changes, organise these changes, and implement them.
The training programme focuses on four aspects of a change: people, organization, stakeholders and communication management, and good practices. Trainees will also learn how to react during change management, while looking at the whole process from several perspectives, mostly from people’s (stakeholders including) perspective and with regard to the functioning of the organization to a given point to time. Trainees will be also provided with tools which will help them affect the above mentioned areas in a more effective way, so that they could support changes.
