hereinafter referred to together INPROGRESS, are the co - administrators of personal data stated in the contact form;

2) co – administrators agreed that they are equally responsible for fulfilling their obligations under the provisions of the GDPR;

3) all questions related to the processing of your data by us can be directed to Data Protection Officer to the email address: iod@inprogress.pl and phone number +48607771338;

4) personal data in the contact form is provided by you voluntarily but if you do not provide the information we will not be able to respond to your inquiry or take action on your request before conclusion of the contract (e.g. regarding the preparation and sending of the offer);

5) data provided by you will be processed according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the European Council of 27 April 2016 with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Dz.U. of 2002 No 144 item 1204 as amended);

6) Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent for processing of your data and for the period of limitation of claims arising from concluded contracts.

7) Your data are processed for the purpose of and to the extent necessary for correct query service;

8) only employees and collaborators of INPROGRESS authorised by us will have access to your data;

9) we care for protection of your personal data, and you have the right to file a complaint to the supervision authority, i.e. The President of the Data Protection Office;

10) you also have the right to access your data, the right to amend them, remove them, limit their processing, submit an objection against their processing, transfer them; if you want, you may, at any time, withdraw your consent for processing of your data, without effect on the lawfulness of processing made on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal;

11) INPROGRESS does not use personal data for the purpose of profiling.
