Training description

AgilePM Foundation & Practitioner training is addressed to people who want to improve project management skills, which the Agile method enables. The training is based on reliable principles of DSDM® methodology (ang. Dynamic Systems Development Method), teaching project implementation in organizations focusing on transparency, and speed of project management processes. The training prepares participants for the AgilePM Foundation and the AgilePM Practitioner exams.

After the course, each participant receives a certificate of completion of the accredited training issued by Inprogress.

Training goal

  • Preparation for the official, accredited AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practicioner exams.
  • Providing participants with condensed knowledge of both AgilePM Foundation, and Practitioner to be able to learn how to efficiently manage projects in accordance with the methodology.

Certification

AgilePM Foundation exam:

  • Single-choice test consisting of 50 questions.
  • To pass the exam it is required to obtain 50%, i.e. at least 25 points.
  • and the exam lasts 40 minutes.
  • English or German language.

A participant who obtained the required number of points to pass the exam receives an international certificate in electronic. Additionally You can buy a paper version of the certificate.

AgilePM Foundation Certificate is valid indefinitely.

AgilePM Practicioner exam:

  • Exam consisting of 4 areas of questions related to a given scenario.
  • Maximum number of points: 80.
  • To pass the exam it is required to obtain 50%, i.e. at least 40 points.
  • The exam lasts 150 minutes.
  • English or German language.
  • During the exam, you can only use the official textbook entitled “AgilePM® Agile Project Management Handbook v2”.

AgilePM Practicioner Certificate is valid indefinitely.

A participant who obtained the required number of points to pass the exam receives an international certificate in electronic. Additionally You can buy a paper version of the certificate.

Duration

  • The training lasts 4 days.
