Training description
Digital Transformation Foundation is a comprehensive training course that covers the key areas involved in using digital technologies to change the way an organisation operates. It starts with the foundations, where participants are introduced to the definition and importance of digital transformation and discuss the key reasons for change.
The training leads with an exercise through tools to identify the current state, building a digital transformation strategy based on the business model, which must take into account the organisation’s goals, corporate culture, available resources and environment. And the development of transformation challenges and the development of a change implementation plan.
As part of the training, participants learn about the principals of digital transformation – looking at how to promote openness to innovation and change in an organisation and how to build an environment conducive to the introduction of new technologies and processes.
The training also addresses case studies that illustrate the various approaches to digital transformation and the risks associated with it. This enables practical lessons to be learned and best practices to be understood in this area.
