What happens during the game?
Participants have a task to feed employers of underwater corporation. To do it, they have to create whole infrastructure of food production and delivery. The main objective is to give the eployees divers food. That’s why participants should take care of water strainers or sushi bars – all of these buildings provide necessary components of the food. The decisions made during the game are very important – participants should live up to the terms of contracts and accomplish user requirements.
The participants of the training game know:
- the differences between service and business process.
- operate of organisation in a process model.
- importance of utility and warranty.
- types of services (core service, enabling service, supporting service).
- importance of ITIL processes and their impact on organisation effectivity.
- service lifecycle.
