What happens during the game?
The construction of the park will be carried out in accordance with Scrum, so in the simulation we will choose Product Owner, Development Team who together with Scrum Master (a trainer in this role) will create a solution. The Product Owner will care about Business Value and the developers will provide efficient delivery of the product.
The participants of the business simulation will::
- Practise Scrum workflow (Sprint planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
- Know pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation
