Training description

During the DTMethod Professional training, participants will deepen their competencies in conducting stakeholder research and understanding their needs. The training aims to introduce participants to new tools that can be applied in the design thinking process and to practice using them. This is an ideal training for individuals who want to enhance their effectiveness in design thinking teams and those who aspire to become facilitators of this process.

The DTMethod Professional training covers topics such as:

  • The impact of cognitive limitations on the design thinking process,
  • Principles of conducting stakeholder research,
  • Survey creation guidelines,
  • Alternative tools for the design thinking process using DTMethod.

The training is workshop-based, allowing participants to practice the material they learn.

2. Online training is conducted using the free Mural platform. Ensure that you can access mural.co from your computer.

How do we organise trainings?

Training is conducted online (live, in real time).

Duration and Training Details

The training lasts for 2 days, standard training hours: 09:00-17:00. The exam takes place the day after the training ends (for weekday training) or the following Saturday (for weekend training).

Training goal

  • Enhance skills in conducting stakeholder research in design thinking: interviews, observations, and surveys.
  • Learn to use tools such as:
    – Stakeholder Journey,
    – RZUF,
    – Forced Ranking,
    – SCAMPER.

  • Participants who achieve the necessary score will receive an international certificate in electronic form.
